I have been involved with team sports and fitnees my whole life. Playing football in high school and college and studying exercise science and playing rugby since 2002. All that time I have always strived for the best ways to keep my body in the best physical shape to perform better as an athlete. I joined Crossroads Bootcamp during the opening month and immediatly fell in love with the place.
I have found the CrossFit training method, constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity, to be the best overall training program out there, So much so that I got my level 1 Certification and now have the opportunity to teach classes and share this great training method. Stronger than yesterday!
