CrossFit on 18th is a Kansas City’s largest and most exciting CrossFit affiliate located in the heart of the Crossroads Disctrict in Downtown Kansas City. Our programs offer clients a unique opportunity to transform their bodies one workout at a time. CrossFit is one of our programs based on the national CrossFit training philosophy. Both our Bootcamp and Crossfit classes focus on fitness and wellness through community development and support.
What’s the difference between Boot Camp and CrossFit classes?
Generally speaking our Boot Camps are high intensity circut training classes that are based upon basic movements with both bodyweight and weights. There is also a strong cardio focus. CrossFit also known as “The Sport of Fitness” is defined as Constantly Varied Functional Movements Performed at High Intensity. CrossFit is also an internationally known community that compares and shares results which results in greater accountability. Both classes may be likened to personal training in that clients are taught proper technique, expected to do the work and get results. Your coach will know you by name and your progress is the reason he is there.
Do I need to be a serious athlete to do CrossFit?
One of the best things about our facility is that every program is scale-able to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, CrossFit is for you.

CrossFit on 18th Policies
Class Reservations
Our online scheduling system makes it easy to manage your workouts. We require all participants to register online for classes. Due to high demand for classes we have to strictly enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy for the courtesy of members who need the space to workout. For everyone who is not on an unlimited class membership all late cancels and no shows will be charged as one of your classes.
All memberships are month to month with a 30 day cancellation notice. So while there are no long term commitments you must still write or call 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. We cannot put memberships “on hold” during short periods of absence.
