Spreading the word of overall fitness to other has always been a priority of mine. Athletics and strength training has been a major part of my life. Playing sports and keeping active throughout the years has kept me physically and mentally strong for the active life I live. CrossFit and Boot Camp training was introduced to me in August 2009 and I haven’t looked back since. The high-intensity, constantly varied functional movements have changed my perspective on the type of training I should pursue in my life.
I became CrossFit Level 1 Certified in April 2010, teaching CrossFit workouts at my home gym in Indianapolis. I moved to Kansas City at the end of July 2010 and found Crossroads Boot Camp & CrossFit on 18th. My goal for the clients of Crossroads Boot camp is to develop fitness that provides an equal balance of strength, endurance, and mobility. By achieving these aspects in the gym, you will see these results flow into the workplace and in life itself.
